Violeta Longino is a dual-licensed (Florida and Mexico) multicultural attorney, with extensive in-house and top tier law firm experience in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Before joining Caban Systems in 2022, she served as General Counsel and in-house senior counsel for several Fortune 500 multinational companies, including Accor, Hard Rock International, and Kayak. Violeta also practiced law in the Miami offices of the renowned Greenberg Traurig, as well as Holland & Knight – both major U.S. law firms.
Violeta’s unique training, experience, and understanding of international legal systems provide her with a unique perspective on structuring transactions, and with the ability to advise on multiple jurisdictions and systems of law. Her work has garnered her international recognition as an accomplished executive leader. In addition to The Legal 500 honors, Longino received the prestigious U.S. Chambers Award for Female In-House Lawyer of the Year in 2016 from Chambers and Partners.
