Caban Systems Founder & CEO, Alexandra Rasch, was recently named an “Entrepreneurial Icon” on ALPFA’s Most Powerful Latinas list for 2022. Congratulations Alexandra! This is the second year in a row that she has received this award.
Each year, ALPFA, the Association of Latino Professionals For America, the largest professional association serving Latino professionals and students highlights the most powerful and influential Latina trailblazers in business, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement while empowering and encouraging the next generation of Latina leaders to reach their full potential.
The announcement was made at the MPL Summit on Sep 25, 2022 in San Diego, California. The Summit was hosted by L’ATTITUDE, a gathering of business, civic, and entertainment leaders that has quickly come to be known as the one of the largest and most prestigious events for Latino professionals, with the purpose of celebrating Latino-Americans and their successes. The summit also included a keynote from former President of the United States of America, Barack Obama.
Under Alexandra’s leadership, Caban has emerged as a leading innovator in energy solutions within the telecommunications industry. Through her work as an engineer, entrepreneur, and environmentalist, she is transforming the energy solutions industry and is accelerating the ESG agenda for the telecommunications market.
As a native Guatemalan, she is helping to elevate the profile of Latinas in business both within the United States and throughout Latin America. This award is a much-deserved recognition of her remarkable accomplishments.
In addition to being named to the Most Powerful Latinas list, Alexandra Rasch was also a speaker at the L’ATTITUDE conference where she participated in the conference’s Latina Disruptors panel. The discussion featured four Latina CEOs sharing their stories of growth, resilience, and success as disruptors in their respective industries and in the economy as a whole.
